Turn-around times vary based on the products you order.

Fabric Collars: 1-2 weeks

Engraved Collars: 1-3 weeks
**because we have to have the buckle engraved it can extend the processing time**

Apparel: Varies- typically 1-2 weeks or less

TITAN Collars: 1-2 business days

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you for every package when shipped. 

• Packages usually take 3-6 business days to deliver. (Busy shipping seasons can extend this timeline)
• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses after item is shipped.
• Free shipping selections will ship First Class, regardless of what the customer has chosen.
• We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please call the USPS customer service number and file a claim.
