Exchanges & Refunds:

99% of our items are custom made just for your order. If possible we want to get it right the first time, so you're happy, and of course avoid an exchange or return.

If ordering a collar please do measure your dogs neck and order accordingly.
Yes, we can do an exchange if a collar doesn't fit, but I can only go off of the information you give me. If you give me the wrong size I don't know it is the wrong size, and exchanges take time. I want you to get your items and love them, not have to wait extra. If you have any questions about sizing please let me know!

For exchanges or refunds please contact me within 1 week of your order being delivered.

Refunds: addressed on a case by case basis. please contact me.

Exchanges: items must be in new condition & not worn.
