Upgrade to Half Check Chain, Chain-Link Martingale

It was difficult to know what size to order for my dog so I reached out after placing the order via email to confirm that I had the correct choice for my dogs 17 inch neck. It turns out I should have gotten the large size. It was just a little too small. I was asked to take a picture and send it back which took me a while. In the meantime, my dog can't use her fi collar. I haven't heard back via email after sending the collar back, so I hope it is processed. I would love to order another style because they are very cute.

I ordered the Red & Black Plaid collar with the chain martingale upgrade after days of looking at all the cute collar designs and reading reviews and even sending Zaley Designs a message via IG (which they responded to in a timely manner and were extremely helpful). I was so excited when I received the martingale that I immediately tried it on Doc after opening it up! All in all, I really love the quality of the martingale and am quite happy with my purchase!
